I wish to register with Tenants History
Our registration is quick and easy. Just fill out the information boxes below to register with Tenants History today, on completion of your registration Tenants History will e-mail your membership and password, together with a copy of the "Tenant Acknowledgement Form" which must be inserted into your tenancy/tenants contract and signed by the tenant. You MUST keep a signed copy of the Acknowledgement Form as proof that the tenant agreed to be listed on Tenants History.
When you ask your tenant to sign the Acknowledgement Form, you must ensure you see proof of identification such as passport or birth certificate, to cross reference name and date of birth.
Please be aware that you will not be able to search your tenants (once uploaded) or indeed rate your tenants until you have sent us your documentation, which is specified below and then verified by Tenants History. We will only fully approve your account once we have received the documentation.
To get verified as a Tenants History member, the documentation required as follows:
- A building insurance certificate/schedule of a property you let out, a recent utility bill and a copy of your passport.
The Insurance documentation and utility bill must clearly state your full name and home address.
Tenants History may request for you to provide more documentation before we verify your account.
This is in place to protect you and other landlords that you'll receive only genuine references from genuine landlords.
